My name is Suzy and I have been a food lover all my life. In the early days I used to love all the bad things – you know – chocolates, sweets, cakes, pies, burgers – I could go on and on but as I managed to put on 5 stone or more I eventually realized something needed to be done.

I decided to dump all the bad foods and try my luck at eating healthier foods, things went well at first until I eventually got bored of the same old taste. I started experimenting with interesting salad formulas and slowly I managed to build a menu that I could enjoy and ensured I did not put on any weight.

I live with my husband and two cats and spend most of my time trying out new recipes in the kitchen with the aim to one day publish my own book!
